Hi, this is Maria Alvarez — we just bought 1842 Willow Creek Dr, Austin TX 78704. The downstairs half bath garbage disposal died last night. It hums then trips the reset. Sink still drains. I'd like it replaced this week if you can. Kitchen is a standard 36" sink, I think the current unit is a 1/2 HP Badger. Also the shutoff under the sink is crusty.
